Commences SUNDAY, APRIL 10.
Participants are encouraged to begin filling the Stanley Park Ballroom at 10:30am - we will begin PROMPTLY at 11am.
Concludes TUESDAY, APRIL 12 AT NOON.
(boxed lunch provided for participants)

CANADIAN BOARDING COLLECTIVE SUMMIT 
Commences TUESDAY, APRIL 12 at noon with a lunch followed by afternoon sessions - Location: Westin Bayshore Hotel
School Tour and Dinner on TUESDAY at St. George’s School
Begins again at breakfast on WEDNESDAY, APRIL 13 followed by morning sessions and concludes at noon - Location: Pinnacle Harbourfront Hotel (the Boarding Summit is open to members of the Canadian Boarding Collective). 

DRESS CODE: 
Business casual, including the dinners.

Discover the power of leadership coaching as an operational system that supports incredible learning and creates space for excellence throughout a school. Use it to increase the leadership skills of your management team, teachers, house parents and students. Create time and space for reflection and deeper questions which produce strong actions. Participants will learn a simple but powerful coaching model (GROW) that can be used to frame both conversations and meetings. Through participation and discussion, they will develop an awareness of how to use coaching in compelling ways with colleagues, other leaders and their students.

Participants will:
- Learn a simple but powerful coaching model 
- Practice this model with a colleague
- Consider applications for coaching in their own context
