Begins again at breakfast on WEDNESDAY, APRIL 13 followed by morning sessions and concludes at noon - Location: Pinnacle Harbourfront Hotel (the Boarding Summit is open to members of the Canadian Boarding Collective).

Mental Health: The New Normal?

When reports indicate that we are the most medicated, obese and in debt we have ever been, one begins to wonder if the way we are doing things is the right way. Mental Health, Anxiety and Stress in the workplace are significant concerns. 50% of us will spend 2 weeks seriously contemplating suicide. More then 30% of us have serious issues with anxiety. Most suffer silently. Some act violently. What is our responsibility in leadership? Where does effective change start? What does science indicate about the changes we need to make in our
schools, administration and the management of people?
