Begins again at breakfast on WEDNESDAY, APRIL 13 followed by morning sessions and concludes at noon - Location: Pinnacle Harbourfront Hotel (the Boarding Summit is open to members of the Canadian Boarding Collective).

In this workshop, we will focus on the development of a culture of continuous reflection and innovation within a school or group of schools. We will examine the ways in which this culture adopts, modifies, and implements change proposals from the wide variety of research and development within education. Critically, we will explore the role of the teacher as intellectual, the one who is the instigator and critical examiner of change, as opposed to the teacher as technician, the one who needs others to tell her what to do. Practical advice will be shared, and a matrix of development provided.
